He witnessed payments (e.g., Fol. 233), authorized payments (e.g., Fol. 52v), and wrote plays (e.g., Fols. 85, 107). Surviving plots confirm several of his roles, e.g., Heraclius in "[[Frederick and Basilea|Frederick and Basilea]]," an ambassador in ''The Battle of Alcazar,'' and Ascalon as well as Crymm in part 1 of "[[Tamar Cham, Parts 1 and 2|Tamar Cham]]".
