On 10 May 1622 Sir Henry Herbert identified a troupe called "the players of the Revels" in conjunction with the play, The Welsh Traveller. Placing them at the Red Bull, he listed the following as members: "Robert Lee, Richard Perkings, Ellis Worth, Thomas Base, John Blany, John Cumber, William Robbins" (Bentley, JSC, 1.167). Bentley adds that Richard Baxter was also "a player at the Red Bull at this time" (n.3).
